The JR Hotel Group's membership program, "JR Hotel Members," has introduced an official app that offers enhanced convenience with the addition of attractive ryokan and resort hotels to its already extensive collection of over 20 unique hotel brands. The app allows users to easily access information on more than 100 facilities and make accommodation reservations, enhancing the overall travel experience.

Key features of the app include member registration, hotel search and reservation capabilities, confirmation of accommodation reservation details, display of the membership card, checking of member status, point tracking (including yearly cumulative points and available points), mobile key functionality (available at select facilities), favorite hotel registration, as well as access to recommended information on affiliated facilities and exclusive app-only coupons.
